The Community Conversation Series focuses on important matters related to end-of-life planning for families and individuals. The goal of this series is to engage in meaningful conversations about what to expect when a loved one is in the final stages of life, how to determine the best financial and healthcare decisions for you/family member, and providing access to local resources to help throughout the process.

Monthly programs on End-Of-Life will consist of: caregiving education & support, sessions on advance directives, estate planning, life insurance, discussion groups and more.
